If you wish to download the individual installers be sure to download the correct 32 or bit version for your system. The developer components and help have been placed into a separate installer to create a cleaner Platform install and to allow them to be updated whenever required.

I found a fix for this- just run the installer over the top again so it might be a PHD2 corruption issue somewhere. Software Bisque has implemented a cross-platform driver architecture called X2 that provides interfacing with astronomical devices from TheSky X Pro.
